[Case Study] Metal Product Coating Industry: Treatment of Circulating Water in Coating Booths <Ishikawa Prefecture>

A case where the circulating water was able to maintain a very clean condition even after 6 months.

We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "Aqua Nature TR/pH Adjuster" in the metal product coating industry. When utilizing circulating water in the painting booth, the water would decay and produce a foul odor, leading to a poor working environment. Additionally, regularly disposing of all the circulating water as industrial waste incurred enormous costs. After the introduction, water quality analysis of the circulating water revealed that it met the sewer discharge standards. By discharging the supernatant into the sewer, we were able to reduce the disposal costs for industrial waste by more than half.
